Awesome! Is there an address of this hotel? I might have to stay in another one with ramps and room for baby stuff. I got to FL in July, but not really prepared for beach fun

The hotel we stay at has an elevator and the elevator goes all the way down to the basement which has a ramp entrance for cars but i can't remember if it has speed bumps or not.

I know they have an elevator for basement parking. However, I cannot recall whether or not they have ramps to 1st floor. I do know they have them into the lobby, but the rooms arent really accessible from there. Give them a call! Theyre pretty nice folks.

Glad to hear you got it on. Timing isn't too hard. I've done it twice in the past two weeks.

Assuming I get the issues cleared up on my car and gas doesn't hit $5/gal by that time, I think I should be in. LOL

What issues do you have with your car? Hopefully you get them taken care of so we have 2 hella'd SVTs on the beach

We will be at the hotel at the very end of 92 aka International Speedway Blvd. The hotel will be on your rght just before the beach ramp, and once you go down the ramp we will be to the right parked on the beach

When you come to the beach saturday morning, BRING CASH TO PAY TO GET ON THE BEACH.

Also, GET THERE ON TIME. We will probably be driving onto the beach around 8:30 or 9. Get there as close to that time as possible, Last time we had issues with holding the space, we probably will again this time.

So, GET THERE ON TIME AND BRING CASH

I didnt see any mention of a gather point but iirc the Boardwalk Inn is right by the entry to the beach is it not? is that the meeting point?

yup! If we arent there, we'll be on the beach already. I know on sat morning some of us who cant warsh (just for ken ;-) ) our cars before leaving will be washing then and then returning to the beach. I plan to have beverages for beach festivities already chilled and ready to roll! along with snackage.

Last time the plan was to be in the Hotel parking lot at 8am, and roll as a group onto the beach by 8:15 or 8:30 at the latest. If you're not there by that point, we will park as spread out as we can on the beach, but last time we only got away with it for about an hour before they were bitching at us to move closer.
