time for me to show my car off

ok im gunna start this off by saying that im kind of a car guy. Now what i mean by that is i love looking at cars and going to car shows and working on them.Im one of those guy whos mechanically inclined, i cant tell u what kind of engine a car has or anything like that but if i figure out why a car not running i will try my hardest to get it back running

i own a 2007 focus zx4 ses that has gone through a lot of changes:first pic isn't mine but it is what my car looked like when i first got it


and from there i started painting started with my 3rd brake light



then painted my grill and tinted side blinkers


then i started my wheel painting lol: started glossy black


then came the neon orange


then i got really brave and decided that i wanted to paint my head lights


i kept this style for a few months then changed them again..
this time i went to red




then after painting them all red i had got my car lowered (thanks kyle )


then i decided that i didnt want all red no more but i did want to keep some red so i did this:

and this how she sits as of today i added :



im gunna end this by saying that i am happy that i found florida focus and that everyone on this site is awesome!! i am glad that if i have any questions everyone will help.. again thanks everyone

I would've kept the wheels all red. Get the antenna back to black, and lose the huge Focus badge in the grille. Those are my opinions, anyway.

did you lose signal quality when you use the radio with the shorter antenna?

No not at all.. And that makes me wonder why they made it so long?but no it no the radio didnt lose any signal at all, all the stations I listen too still come in the same

If you lived in the boondocks, you would notice a loss of reception with the shorter antenna. It is so long so you can get radio reception at farther distances. I noticed a huge difference around my house when I chopped my antenna, but if I go closer to Jacksonville reception gets better

Thanks bro^^^ I really wanted alittle red in my rims, so that my stickers wouldn't be the only thing red. And the antenna is black again, so no more red rocket I think the red and black go really good on the dark gray

I like the current look the best.

Does anyone know how to take off the back ford emblem off the trunck??

Take the carpet off the trunk. Should be nuts that hold the black strip/emblem on. I don't believe it's double sided taped on. I'd have to check the sedan strip i have in the attic.

Between me and my parents (who live about 30-40 min north of me) we have 4 cars. One, my moms 2011 Regal, sits in the garage 90% of the time. BUT, we have a nice, 3 car wide driveway that has a huge oak on either side so for only like 2 hours a day there is direct sun on the ash-phelt (Jeremy Clarkson speak) which is nice and allows for a breeze.

I don't have trees either !! Two loses

i have a garage, but there is no way to get my car in there. its packed full with random odds and ends. not to mention my brothers Bronco thats parked in front of it

This car has lots of great mods, but I'd say my favorite is the erect K9 penis that's attached to your roof.

I'm still sorry I couldn't help by letting u borrow my old rims but these rims needed a lot of work.. A lot of filler primer sanding but I'm slowly getting there its taking for ever but the hard work will hopefully pay of in the end..

Its all good James, I lucked out and found a set exactly like yours with almost new tires for $150.
