My new 3in stainless exhaust (pics and VID)

Hey guys well i wanted to make a all stainless exhaust. I chose the a magnaflow 6in round muffler which sounds awesome i think. Its all 304SS including the muffler.

Ya im sure it actually 6 in off the ground it just looks low

My only concern is the volume level....you only did one muffler, but you also have the turbo...

I have a Borla on mine now (the Zetec system, so one muffler and no resonator) and it gets raspy I just don't want to get a new exhaust and have it be raspy too.

Also, I'm lower than you are, so I'd be kinda worried about it hitting stuff in the road...but really anything that would possibly hit the exhaust would probably hit my front bumper or header first, so it would probably be alright.

What do you think would be better for my car, 2.5" or 3" ? I don't have a tune, and I'm kinda iffy on getting one. I do want to go turbo eventually, so the 3" would be a plus then....and I have a 2.5" Borla now, so it wouldn't make too much sense toget a new exhaust without going bigger, right? haha

And what's the cost on this thing gonna look like?

2.5" is as big as I would go personally with your current setup, so unless you know for sure you want to and are going to go turbo, i'd stay 2.5"

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't go 3.0" without boost...

Hell, my car's cat-back is only ~2.5" and it is NOT the bottleneck in the exhaust system....

I'd love to just have a nice 2.25" system for mine, with the magnaflow and a decent sized res on it.

I need to get off my ass and get a resonator (or two) added to my car...then I'd probably be happy

3in would be loud on a na car but it has been proven to give better overall performance over a 2.5 but if i were you i would do a 2.5 magnaflow muffler with a small resonator

Thank you and it was only at 16psi ill give you a ride at 20psi lol an extra 40whp you were missing out on

Not really car been running great love the exhaust and havent been able to scrape it on anything
