Hey everyone,
For those I did not meet at Carlisle this past weekend, my name is Brian, aka Frohn.

I heard this is where all the cool kids come so I thought i'd join up.

I'll be swinging thru FL next month on vacation and would love to meet up with you guys as I go.

I drive a 2003 2.3L Black ZX3 5spd.

Mods are.... not much

Oh haaaaaaay, back to explain my hood

I taped up my front end to prevent bugs and rocks and stuff from jacking it up, and I didn't want just blue tape so I put the plaid duct tape over it for fun. I got to carlsile and it was a hit, so I left it for the show

I'm actually thinking of sanding my rust hood smooth and wrapping it in some permanent plaid hehe

Hm, or just put duct tape on it... so the plaid doesn't get wet.

ummmm....the plaid is the duct tape and it got plenty wet this weekend and held up well

No, maybe duct tape but I'm thinking someone out there makes a vinyl wrap with plaid on it...the same stuff you would use to do a car satin black or whatever color

Josh use duct tape then the clear 3m stuff they use to protect hoods on top of that.

I think I'm gonna put plaid DUCK TAPE on my hood then cover it with some clear 3M wrap

I peeled mine off last night, and it all came off in one big piece. I figured that's what would happen, but it was pretty cool. I put it on a chair on my driveway

I think it looked good.

awesome, it's a rare color, only about 400 originally came over on the slow boat before the factory burnt down.
