my stock focus

i just got this monday, has 64,000 miles and i paid $3,000 for it (one owner) and its stock as stock gets, it was missing a center cap so i just took them all off, i would like to find some stock wheels to put on my car, untill i can afford some aftermarket wheels. my stockers are beat to crap from the prev owner. and on the bottom of the door, thats not mud, thats latex paint where the prev owner hit a can of latex, i am getting it off but its taking me FOREVER. i need to put some break shoes on the rear and put some endlinks on the front. and if anybody wants to volunteer to help me install them that would be great (i dont own any tools and have no idea what i would be doing) and i would throw some cash there way. i want to put a drop on it and some wheels and tint the windows and of course an exhaust
