You have to edit the first post of a thread, or do it when you make the thread. At the bottom below the text input, there is an options section. You choose from "normal" , "sticky" and "announcement" ... obviously choose "sticky" to make the thread a sticky.

It is kinda tough to see I think, it's gray text on black background.

Should i find a vid for MODS???? lmao J/K
