Brooksville races are epic. This one is also 2 days long! The first day will be the points race and Sunday will be an Endurocross for fun. You MUST preregister for this one as you CANNOT get onto the site without being on "the list."

Definition of endurocross: For those not in the know, this is a multi-lap autocross. One car at a time. It's up to the event chair, but it's usually 4-6 laps for a total of 2-3 minutes per run. 3-4 runs per day. Because of the format, this event will have some limitations:
Entries are capped at 45.
First chance to enter will be for "Members" only - that means you must have done 4 or more events with us (and Saturday the 16th doesn't count) in the last year. If the Sunday event doesn't sell out, we'll open it up to any who have done 2 or more events - basically virgin novices will not be eligible.

An Endurocross is a different sort of thing if you've not done one. It's sort of like a track event in that you get more time on course... but it's NOTHING like a track event, because an autocross course is WAY tighter than any race track. Trust me, you and your car will be worn out after a couple 3-minute runs! Figure each run is equivalent to a full autocross, but there's no cool-down time for the car OR the driver.
