And then the Mental Happened. Weird colored wheels. WTF, now it's a CAR?!



Then, yes. It actually had a good look to it. Which I miss. GOD DAMNIT.



Then I didn't care! And it got plastic surgery and changed faces on my ass!



Then the "'MERICA HARLEQUIN" happened. [Porkchop Sandwich!] YEAH.

^yeah. i'd like to drop the svt dirty style. however, the loooowness i want requires alterning the LCA mounting location. NEGATIVE.

However, thought i'd update this here... but over the summer, I hooked up with THE MR.EURO, and we bombed my shit - rattle cans fresh from Lowes. Conditions didn't play well, but it worked. Unfortunately as of now, and very soon - the Jetta front is going back to it's original owner and the old my original golf front is coming back to me. Ever since, it's been keeping up with the car to keep it up to date, and I started polishing up the Sawblades aka Played-Blades and start taking the light blue off slowly. If anyone wish's to assist me in the acetone process. I'd appreciate it.

Paint removing party? Yes. Sounds awesome.

I've never been a fan of Jetta fronts on Golfs, just doesn't sit right with me.

And as played as sawblades may be, they still look good.

I love my played-blades. I am a OEM wheel whore however.

But Josh came over, awesomely helped me out. We got this work done in maybe less than 3 hours. Two fucking Acetone canisters later.

Darin I took a super long and hot shower too.

Chris, we did the work like 20 feet up the driveway, he moved it to where you see it to wash it once we finished. The acetone evaporated pretty much immediately, and what didn't ended up on the driveway mixed with blue paint

Cause it's primered paint under it. I don't have the sand paper to work into it, as it's just going to have to be sanded down. I can't do really anything about it till we find a can that closely matchs the guys Tornado Red Jetta. So it will wait.

Yes. But that's just soap in the picture. We did it on my driveway. Where I threw paint thinner down and wire brushed the fuck out of the concrete. it worked.

Try wet sanding and polishing a whole car by hand. My arm was sore for two weeks.

with this weather, it doesn't want to come off to easy. even with the acetone.. and you can ask josh. it didn't want to even though the blue is sprayed on lightly.

I'd come help out myself but i wont be able to make it up that way for a few weeks.

Got the driver side doors painted today, with the assistance of Josh. I need my FloridaFocus sticker. I have a Focus Shift Knob. It counts.

We did werk. It was awesome. My bay is about 30% clean at this point

Alright, I just wanted to throw down some updates... The whole thing has been essentially parted to what it was. Roof Rack; Gone. some interior; Gone, jetta front; Gone. Sawblades; Gone.

However hopefully this is the redux to a new beginning and the end of a project... cause at 150k w/ no job. Keep her alive is a pain in my dick. I've been stuck in the last two rainstorms. At night. Because my car likes to go into a misfiring mayhem when it rains REALLY BAD. It fucking sucks. Anyways, here's the latest and the last.




This is what she is right now in current form. Of course, broken down. Rainstorm. Some random fucking church. I was there for 3 hours till she came alive again.



But since the Sawblades finally sold, 'operation paint' comes into play. So work will be done very soon and this color will be splattered all over the fucking whore.
