I keep going back and forth on the original/non idea....my problem is the only way i get any power is outta my offen triple setup....and i have to retune the carbs EVERY time i get done driving.....sux....i just had to send it back to them cause one of the runners was developing a crack....and it would be soooooo easy to get a 9" rear 302/4spd....all for round a grand....but it was my original intention to go all original...ive got over $1,000 in cosmetic parts rdy to go when i repaint...new door panels, dash, weather striping, chrome, vinyl, carpeting.....sighhhh...decisions....

convert to V8 and good rear end, and put the stock parts in your garage or a storage unit. that way if you ever want to be "original" it's just a weekend's worth of work away

This. Whatever you do, keep the original parts stashed somewhere

Just remember, you gotta do 5 lug conversion all around cause the 4 lug setup won't withstand weight/power from V8.
