all they have to do is go to the banned list and it shows who did it beside the name, but only a red mod can see that list.

But I'm not banned, that's the thing. Ever see that in the red mod access panel? Unless it's something new I can't explain it nor can others as the access panel in VB according to mods that have looked at it looks okay and normal.
