just a few photos

Post by WUGcatsvt on 2011-03-28, 1:39 am

I only have one photo with my current look so I decided to go outside real quick and snap a few. Plus I wanted to show my decals to josh. (I have a new one coming that will replace the ROTM one. I didnt intend on putting that one on but I messed up the Obama one so I had to fill in the space.)

And bad Photo of the Decals. (My trim hatch was prepared for paint a while ago and I never painted it, hence the milky looking stuff. Its not that noticeable from a distance.)

And for fun... Autoxing fun... My Girl Friend is driving in these.

Car looks good man! Looks like your girlfriend took out a few but hey, I don't think I'd do any better! Laughing

Is that an OEM Kona roof rack you've got on there? If so, do you know what load it's rated at? I'm thinking of getting one to set a Yakima box on top of for my long 2866 mile journey from WA to GA in August but I'm not sure the OEM can handle much weight. Any idea?

All the cones laying on the ground are pointer cones. She is actually a really good driver

The roof rack was bought in th UK and shipped over from a friend but It still has the load ratings and is identical to the Kona rack. Ill go check on the weight limit after I get some coffee.

I have crappy sportlines on Koni adjustable. Im looking to swap to H$R race springs this summer. Sportlines way to soft but the Konis do a great job making up for the springs inefficiencies.

I think you will really like the H&R race springs, I have the rear race springs on my car with a 25mm sway bar and the car rotated with out much effort at the last auto cross.

^^I also have a 25MM sway. If I stiffen the suspension up all the way in the rear, It is like I am driving a RWD without the ability to recover as well. LOL
